Start in the Team Admin Center and disable the Praise feature. There is a time lag of 7-9 days to switch off praise in Viva Insights apps in Teams. We're working to test/pilot Viva Insights and are having trouble understanding where data comes from and how it is synced. We've installed the Insights App in Teams and have assigned licenses and roles. We can see that the My team tab initially shows people on my team via data from AAD. This is where the questions begin: We've since made some changes to reporting relationships in AAD, but aren't seeing them reflected in the My Teams tab. So are we missing a step to ensure this syncs? When a user manually changes their team members, can that be reset so it can pull from AAD again? I saw a warning saying it wouldn't sync again, but is there anything an admin can do? We've uploaded Org data from a Workday export - an initial load and now a subsequent load. There's manager relationship data in the upload. Where does that get reflected in Insights? It doesn't seem to impact My teams... Appreciate any feedback/experiences/help you can provide. Is the org data file upload required to enable all features of the Viva Insights Teams app (VITA) My Team + My Org tabs? In summary: We would like to pilot My Team / My Org in VITA, before enabling for all managers and leaders, can we upload a list of pilot managers in a CSV in WPA under "manager settings > Show group insights to managers" without uploading the org data file and configuring WPA first? With the change in the Viva Insights Teams app, the My Team and My Org tabs are now enabled by default from Azure AD data, and do not require WPA to be configured. Hi all, We have a client using teams but their exchange is in on-prem. They sync. Outlook calendar to cloud but not email. Is there anyway for them to upload and/or use Viva insights with full function? Does an attribute change effect historical data? Here is the scenario: In May, we opened a new office. We sent 10 employees from an existing office in the Central region to lead the new office in the East region. I uploaded a new organizational dataset with the modified regions for the 10 employees. When viewing the following coverage report, does my historical data remember that those 10 employees were in the Central region in April? or does it now lump then into East, even though they were Central at the time? Hi everyone, I'm running into an odd error when uploading organizational data, so I thought I'd reach out to this community to see if anyone has run into this issue before, or has any ideas how to resolve it. Highlighted in the screenshot below, I've been working with an organization to re-structure their org data file to support a very specific use case, but when we uploaded a new organizational data file, we were met with the following error: "An error occurred during processing. The cause is being investigated. When the error is resolved, this message will update accordingly." What's odd is that it's been sitting like this for just over 24 hours, and there is no error log to investigate or download. Even more frustrating, we can't initiate a new upload.
