Shifts in Teams - Change format of Exported Spreadsheet
Hi Team, We want to use shifts time clock feature and was wondering if there is any way to change the format ( use custom columns. calculated columns etc ) of the spreadsheet which is exported ( without save as and make changes every time? Thanks Harry

Hi all, My company has been using Microsoft Teams for quite a while and we are hoping to migrate our current time clock system to Microsoft Shifts. We did our own research, however, we cannot come to a conlusion that if Shifts is capable of performing the following task: Ability to restrict overtime. Once an employee gets to X amount of hours, restrict punch in without a manager's override. Ability for admin/department heads to easily view hours for each employee. A quick report to see hours worked. Ability for admin to see who is punched in. A who is here list. Ability for admin to see who is not punched in based on being scheduled. A quick report or even better, an alert if someone didn’t show up for work based on their schedule. Set up some users to use geo fencing and some not. Just want to make sure this isn’t a global setting and can be done on a user level. Restrict users from punching in and out if not on schedule. Can be authorized by manager. Not a global setting but on individual basis. Ability to automate payroll reports. Not sure if this has to be synced to Microsoft HR. Ability to enter different job codes. Presently, we have people assigned to departments, but when they cross over to help in other departments, they punch into that department's job code. This tracks labour hours against the department they actually are doing the work in. Your help is greatly appreciated! Horlick
BUG? User can sign up to open shift multiple times
Usually the behaviour of the Teams-App (iOS and Android) was, that a user can sign up to an open shift one time. once the sign-up for the shift was accepted, the shift disappeared from the "open shifts"-section. since a few days this behaviour is gone and channel-members can sign up to one open shift multiple times. the shift disappears, when there is no slot left to join! can anybody confirm this? and if so - this is a bug and needs fixing!Using Microsoft Shifts in post-Covid Offices
A business unit has request Shifts so they can set up their Office Location and shifts for users to book time into the office to a maximum number each shift. Shifts is, according to Microsoft, enabled by default, and the app is checked as allowed for our tenant. There are no other settings and we have no security groups defined yet that would impact use. However when I try to start Shifts in Teams as either a personal app or as an app in a channel I get the same error message (attached). Can someone advise what this error message indicates and how to correct it?Time clock on shifts on multiple shifts
We are a school and we would like to use shifts for assign the periods for our teachers, so these translates that they will hace multiple "shifts", so how can we use shifts time clock, does time clock can support a time un and a time out por they must check every period?Shifts are not appearing on Microsoft Teams only Annual Leave
Multiple users on different Teams have reported not receiving Rota via Shifts on Microsoft Teams using Android / IOS devices. If they log onto a computer the shifts are showing. Reported to me 02/06/2020 raised support ticket with Microsoft yesterday
