Hi! I manage a Booking page that has ~50 staff members that is used for scheduling IT support. For the last week I've been unable to add staff to the business because the hours for the staff doesn't load. Where I would normally be able to select the hours that the staff member is available it is instead blank and empty there. If I select use business hours and try and add the staff member I get the response - 'The meeting hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or a start time that comes after an end time'. I found an issue in creating a Booking page for a service of our Company that should be shared to external companies: I am trying to manage the availability of staff members in order to be bookable in specific working hours but the system does not keep the changes I made. If I make the changes (e.g. modify working hours) and try to close the tab without saving, MS Bookings recognises the presence of unsaved changes and asks me if I want to close without saving. I tried to solve this issue by using the Outlook app, trying of different browsers (Edge, Opera and Firefox, updated to the last version) both in regular and incognito mode and after emptying the cache. The problem still persists. Has anyone find a fix for this? Is something I found out after setting up a full service and not being able to complete it would result in a massive waste of time. Hi, I have been experiencing this problem for the last two days. We have a Medical Service where patients can schedule their appointment via Bookings. I tried to make some changes on staff availability, and names, but it doesn't save the changes. I can add new staff, but won't allow me to change any availability on the new staff neither. I make the changes, I save, and when I re-open the staff edit page, no change has been applied. Any solution to this problem? I've tried to erase the cache, tried to access the bookings page from teams, outlook, chrome, edge and modzilla. Nothing works. Thank you!82Views0likes2CommentsCannot Make Changes to Staff
I started experiencing an error on our Bookings page yesterday, where I cannot make changes to the staff's availability. Everything appears to be working, but after adding a time slot or adjusting an existing time slot and selecting Save Changes, nothing has changed. The calendar does not display the new availability for that staff member, no changes are reflected when opening the up the same staff's availabiltity, and the time slot is not updating on the Bookings page. I have tried different browsers, cleared cookies/cache, tried to edit from another administrator's account, and waited a day to see if the changes persist. Is it possible to add a room/resource at Bookings as a staff member? We're trying to setup a booking page where people can book a service (e.g. a meeting) in room (i.e. a room setup as a staff member). When creating a new staff member I get the option to add any of the rooms/resources in the "add people" field. This ticks the "events on office 365 affect availability" option. However after I save the staff member and go back into the record, it now shows as a "guest" (where it originally was "viewer") and the "events on office 365 affect availability" option is no longer ticked and greyed out as an option. I would like the customers to choose any staff member, but I don't want to give them an option to select 'Anyone' option (which randomly picks someone). We offer different services, where we want to book our staff, but we do this manually. So we don't want our customers to choose who they talk to. This option is disabled in our service, but still shows in one of our services. If I turn it on in our other service, it shows. When I turn it off, it doesn't show again. With another service, I repeat the same steps, but the option still shows when customers can place a booking in our calender. I have recently set up Microsoft Bookings for my company. I have three issues: I am set up as an admin. When I create a services page I do not select myself as available. But under STAFF, it shows my status as BOOKABLE. Granted I do not show up as a selection on the bookings page, but I still get email updates when another team member receives a booking request. First, I do not want to be BOOKABLE, and second, I do not want email updates when a staff member receives an appointment request. We have about 30 staff members and that will become overwhelming. Third, I have created an admin for each region. I want them to receive an email when someone books an appt. with their staff. How can I manage that services can only be booked when at that a certain time a certain number of staff members and a room (managed as a resource within Office 365) are available? Basically, this is only about the cross checking of several outlook calendars. I cannot find the setting but please - these "features" are so basic that I really do not believe that Microsoft is so incapable or brazen not to offer them in a paid service.1.4KViews0likes3Comments
