Mention people in the comments of Tasks
How do you mention someone in the comments section of a task? I've seen other queries about this dating back to 2017, and in 2019 Microsoft said they are working on it... so has this been done? Example: My colleague and I have been assigned a task - to upload content onto the website. In the checklist it notes my colleague will write the content, and then I will upload it. I'm trying to tag her in my comment to say, "@ let me know when the copy is ready for me to upload." All of a sudden I started received the following error message when trying to create new tasks in a plan that I've created in a Team. The error reads: We couldn't complete your request because your item or storage limit has been exceeded. Technical details I have confirmed I have not run out of OneDrive storage which is something I've seen an a cited cause. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Microsoft Teams Personal : Tasks app unreachable
Hi All, I've been unable to use the "tasks" app for au few days, I'm still getting the same error message : "Désolé... Nous n'avons pas pu contacter cette application" I've adressed the issue here, but still got no solution : The issue is occuring : - With the Desktop App (Windows 10 / Windows 11) - With Teams on the web (chrome) ; On my smartphone (android 10), the issue is occuring (wether i'm connected via wifi or 4G) : - With Teams on the web (chrome) ; The Teams android app is the only one working fine Thank you for your help
Tasks by Planner and To Do not authenticating on Teams Android app
Hello. 1st time posting here... Using the most current version of Teams on the most current version of Android 10 on a fully updated MS Surface Duo (not limited to me) Tasks by Planner and To Do will show all my shared plan lists as well as the My tasks list (tasks, important, planned, etc...) However, when I select any one from the My tasks or shared plans lists, instead of bringing me to my list of tasks from which I can select one from, I'm brought back to the My tasks and shared plans list. I noticed that when I select the Tasks by Planner And To Do icon from the Teams nav menu, it says "authenticating" briefly at the top of the screen and then dissappears. All other functions of Teams on Android are working fine and Tasks was working flawlessly until 2 days ago. The rest of the members of my team are experiencing this failure in tasks not be able to be viewed on the mobile app as well. On a side note, everything is working normally on the desktop and web apps. Has anyone experienced this issue or know of what could be happening? Thanks in advance - JoshLimit Tasks notifications
Quick question. I received a question from an Owner of our Pharmacy Team and she says that when she modifies a task or adds notes to a task, everyone in the Team is emailed and notified. Is there a reason for this or a configuration that as an admin I need to turn on or off? Thanks for the information
