Shared ToDo deleted tasks > how to restore?
Hello everyone, We share a ToDo with my colleagues and I deleted some tasks by mistake. I tried to restore them but whitout success. I cannot find any place where those deleted items went. I tried a lot a of solutions found on the net but none of them worked. I also point out that those tasks were not mine. So I am looking for some help. Does anyone have an idea or even a solution about that?
Assign Task Reminders to Assigned Individuals
Currently, To-Do allows you to assign a new task to someone in your shared list. It is great! However, I notice that whenever I assign a task to someone I would have to contact them (via email or text, or phone call) to confirm they have completed the task. I think it would be a very nice feature to have the option to assign task reminders for workers or others to complete the task they are assigned instead of just being given the task. I understand that when a task is assigned you can manually input a reminder for yourself once assigned. However, more times than not, you often forget, therefore, when given a reminder from your boss or manager you are able to be reminded by the app. This would eliminate the need to have your boss remind you to complete the task.Planner tasks in To-Do - Folders organisation
Hello! I'm new to using both ToDo and Planner and I'm quite keen to use ToDo to manage all my actions from my own personal projects AND from team projects (based in Planner). When a Planner task is assigned to me, it appears in the "Assigned to you" list. Is there a way to move the tasks from the "Assigned to you" list into one of my own ToDo lists? For example: I have a list in ToDo called "Waiting for" - i.e. any tasks in which I'm waiting for someone else to complete an action before I can progress. In "Assigned to me" I have 16 tasks from 3 different project. Several of those tasks require someone else to do something before I can progress (e.g. I'm waiting for an external company to get back to me with a quote). I'd like to move those tasks to my "Waiting for" folder so that I can review as part of my weekly review. Is there any way to make something work here? Thanks, AK

I primarily use the online version of To Do and would like to be able to view when the Tasks were marked complete. This would make creating weekly status reports much easier and also better for that occasional "when was X done\finished\completed" question.Hint: Use Microsoft ToDo for private and business tasks with "business" Outlook
Hi, i came across the issue that a list that i shared with others to organize a wedding shows up in my business Outlook. As there are many tasks to do for a wedding it blows up my tasks bar. There is an uservoice about this LINK - but not so much voters. I found this workaround and want to share it: Go to Outlook - perform a right click on the bar above the Todos and select "View settings": h Then go to the tab Advanced and add the filter for "in folder" Select "does not contain" and enter the name (or a part) of your list - let the all start with "PTasks" then you only need one filter. (Don't know what happens if you rename afterwards though) and - bam - the tasks from your list is gone. best regards StephanTo-Do at Ignite 2018
