Ich versuche ein Teams-Konto für mein Unternehmen zu eröffnen um es für uns zu testen, erhalte aber die Nachricht "Jemand hat bereits Teams für Ihre Organisation eingerichtet". Leider ist nicht nachzuvollziehen, wer dieser Admin sein könnte. Können jemand von Microsoft bitte entweder das Konto zurücksetzen oder mir mitteilen, wie der Admin-Account heisst.
Getting access to Teams meeting files
I was added to a bi-weekly Teams meeting today. This meeting had been scheduled weeks ago and had other attendees on it. Before I was added, they saved documents to the meeting's Files tab. When I got invited to the meeting, none of the documents in the Files tab showed up for me. Is there a way to get access to these documents in the Files tab without moving them somewhere else?
How to set default Profile Picture Instead of FirstName & LastName Initials?
When I am trying to REMOVE user image from MS Teams, it is replacing the user image with the FirstName & LastName Initials image and I am getting the same image from MS Graph endpoint. Question: 1. Is there any way to set default user placeholder image instead of Initials? 2. Is there any MS Teams administrator setting that can not set the initials as a default user profile image.
How to Extract Teams usage data
Greetings, I have business request to pull the data of Teams usage by each user in our organization to understand how much time they are spending on teams every day. I know there is an admin console which gives a summary of each teams group usage but i would like to get each individual user data like at what time they logged in to teams and what time did they log off and how long they are active . Is this possible ? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Teams permissions vs SharePoint permissions
A Team member cannot add an attachment to a Teams Chat to another of her team channel mates. TEAMS! She can give permission following the instructions in the error but this error happens every time she sends an attachment. Not that it should matter but she is a MAC user. >>> We altered the above behavior behavior by changing the SharePoint settings from specific users to internal users BUT we need to allow external users to be invited to work on SharePoint files/folders Changing the SharePoint server settings to allow people to attach documents within a Teams chat seems to then make it so that Sharepoint no longer shares to external guests. Unless I turn on Anyone With the Link which I do not want to do.
Add Cloud storage to teams automation(powershell or graph API or power automate)
Hi Guys - I have very important requirement from client asking to add cloud storage link sharepoint to each channel. But this should not be manual effort , How can i achieve this , Practically not possible to add thousands of links manually So please let us know how to automate this with any scripting like powershell or graph API or power automate flow ?? As per client No matter what scripting we use but this needs to be automate.. Please suggest
