Issue with accessing personal vault on OneDrive app post restart
When I opened my onedrive mobile app today the app pushed a message saying that a restart was required. I restarted the app and it told me to set up my personal vault. I've been using my personal vault for several years now so no set up was required. When I logged into my personal vault, all of the files within it were missing. They're available on the online version of onedrive but not in the app version. There's nothing in the recycling bin and there's no recent activity to suggest mass movement/deletion of files. I've restarted the app multiple times, tried with and without wifi, and have tried on different devices - all are showing an empty vault. Has anyone had this problem? Is this a syncing issue or a bug with the new app?
Brand new DELL machine, OneDrive shortcut in arabic المخزن الشخصي -- How to remove it?
Please see the screenshot. The situation is as this. A new Dell notebook was purchased and initial Windows started. With this, OneDrive was deploying a shortcut, named المخزن الشخصي, in arabic, which relates to the Vault feature. Firstly, no one requested vault to be active or enabled per default. Secondly, deleting this shortcut will re-create it instantly - in the wrong language Vault was disabled online (a very peculiar process btw. - instead of disabling it within the app's settings) - but the character are still wrong and the shortcut cannot be deleted or changed. Please review and, if possible, sketch a solution. Kind Regards

"No Access" 'Replicated items' blade Azure Recovery Services Vault
Within the 'Replicated items' blade of an Azure Recovery Services Vault our team member gets only "No Access" returned. We want a set of team members who can run "Test Failover" with minimum required permissions in a custom role. Is this a viable model within the Azure Recovery Services Vault Replicated Items? We know for example, that Azure Active Directory > Activity > Audit logs does not have a read-only or minimum privilege option ... one has to be Global Admin to use that blade.
