Accessing synced browser data via MSGraph
Hello! I am very keen on finding a functional method of retrieving synced Edge data (History/Collections/Bookmarks/etc.) that doesn't rely on diving into local SQLite DBs. Seeing as Edge user data is synced to one's Microsoft account (user@outlook.com), I was hoping to find an endpoint for this synced data on the MSGraph API but it does not appear accessible, even via the beta API. Any info on potential future integration there would be very much appreciated! Does anyone have any suggestions they could point me to for accessing this synced data via MSGraph or some other methods that aren't dependent on local machine access? Turning this feature on will help you find information from your history, favorites, top sites and recent tabs more easily using features such as Windows search box. If you turn off this feature Microsoft Edge will remove the data shared with Windows on the device and stop sharing any new browsing data from this profile. Learn more I'm on the latest Windows 10 insider Dev build and latest Edge insider canary, so far I couldn't see any sign of this feature working, it's very new, just added to Edge canary. so eager to find out more about this. I personally would love to see Edge history appear in Windows 10 timeline, just like Edge legacy's did. It's very interesting, I submitted a feedback for the exact same thing 2 months ago.Can we have these Edge settings added to the sync?
edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose This is only a demo of 5 sites, my actual list is long and it is really time consuming and hard to manually add that to each instance of Edge, one by one. please add these to the settings sync in Edge so we can get the same experience on all of our machines automatically. eventually I hope all of the settings in Edge to be synced but this is a nice security feature that needs sync to be efficient. thanks DeletedHow often the sync is triggered?
I want to know what the sync intervals are and how often browser syncs user data. also whether or not the sync intervals are different between personal and work account profiles. I also would like to make a suggestion to Implement a button to force sync, a button like "sync now" so when user needs a quick sync between different computers, they wouldn't have to wait so long. this button is available on the Edge for Android.
