App installed in Teams native is not showing up in iOS Devices
Decisions App installed in Teams native is not showing up in iOS Devices . Tons of our users are not able to see nor access it anymore on their iOS phones. And it's been a blocker for iOS users. We tried Reinstalling/ Resetting the Teams App but it didn't help.The issue still exits. What might be the reason for that? iOS Version: iOS 16.3 Teams Version:
Open HTML files in Teams chat in safari on ipad
Hi, I`m using an Apple ipad with Teams installed as an app. If someone sends a html document in a Teams chat, it opens it as a text document rather than in Safari. I`ve searched but can`t find where to associate .html files with Safari. Any ideas? Thanks James
How do I stop file sharing in the iOS Teams app?
We currently have Teams implemented on our corporate desktops, but are looking to utilise it on phones as well. Unfortunately, while we can add it as a managed app to our MobileIron set-up, I've been able to download files sent via Teams to my test iPad's local folders, which presents a security concern. Is there a way to allow file-sharing in the desktop, but prevent it in the mobile app?
Teams iOS not loading Planner in channel
We have started using Planners in Team channels, however on some iOS devices when the individual planner is selected it just shows the Planner logo and nothing else. Refresh by dragging down makes the screen go blank, but no refresh happens. Selecting the ellipsis shows a persistent "Loading" and does not load. Everything works fine in desktop apps and web app. We have removed and re-installed the Teams iOS app on both affected devices, iOS is current version. Any ideas?Upload files in Teams slow using IoS.
Hi, Customer can see this function. But when they try to upload a file nothing is happening. Should be working now, acording to this article at UserVoice. Hi there, I'm hoping someone here has some insight as I haven't seen anything about this issue being posted yet. Someone I know keeps having an issue where the Teams App will end his Teams calls and boot him out of meetings randomly but only when he's using his Teams App (Version 2.0.12) on his iPhone Xr (iOS 13.5). We have tried removing the app reinstalling and rebooting multiple times. Is there any way to see this failure in the logs? Could a secondary conference app like Zoom be conflicting with this?
