4 TopicsFiltered (Custom) list views doesn't apply when viewing in SharePoint mobile app
I have a custom view setup with some filters defined (on a couple of columns). This view is set to default for desktop and mobile view. It works fine on desktop view of SPO. But when viewed in the mobile app (both iOS and Andiord), the full list displays, i.e. as if the filter in the custom view didn't work or wasn't applied. Is this a bug with the mobile app?7.4KViews1like9CommentsiOS App - bugs and where to get support
Hello Could anyone point us in the right direction with regard to these issues. We have tried unsuccessfully to progress this via support SharePoint Homesite Navigation Faulty in iOS App - We have found a bug on mobile iOS which is affecting our new Intranet built on SharePoint online. Our third-party developer say that the issue is an MS bug, and not the way that the site has been built. Its out of the box with no customisation. The hamburger menu is only intermittently navigating the user to the correct page URL. The problem ‘appears’ to be made worse when selecting the back arrow after landing on an URL and then trying to navigate to a new page from the hamburger menu. No issue on Desktop. SharePoint Images Overlapping with Page Titles - We are finding an issue on the SharePoint iOS app where a page titles hiding underneath images on mobile. Appears to be somewhat of an intermittent issue or that the experience is different across devices. On iOS you can see from the images below that on some devices it works and on others it doesn’t. SharePoint Personalisation not working - Audience targeting not working across desktop and mobile.1.6KViews0likes2CommentsOneDrive iOS App Displaying Old File Versions
We have files that get updated daily on a SharePoint document library by overwriting the file with an updated version. In the OneDrive iOS app, if you had previously viewed this file, the app displays the old version of the file even though the date of the file shows the updated version. It seems that the app caches the document locally on the device and since the file name has not changed, it just assumes the files are the same so it doesn't pull down the new version. The only way to get the app to display the updated copy of the document is to log out of the app and log back in. Has anyone else run into this issue?2.4KViews0likes0CommentsPhoto Gallery Issues with iOS SharePoint App
I've set up a communications site, and would like to set up image galleries to share with users. The galleries seem to work flawlessly if viewing in a desktop environment. However, users accessing the site through the iOS app are having difficulty with the image gallery. I did find a similar thread within the forum which described the same issue, in which the user reported the problem was fixed. In this case there was no mention of any particular fix or configuration change that allowed the gallery to work correctly from the iOS app. Here is a list of the issues: 1. Thumbnails for all images load, however, when they tap on an image, nothing happens. 2. If the user continues to tap on different images within the gallery, the SharePoint app will eventually stop responding and will require a force-close. 3. Users have even tried accessing the gallery through Safari on their iPad, and they experience the same issue. Testing on: Most recent (as of 04/2018) iPad Pro, on latest version of iOS. SharePoint app up to date. Is this a known issue, or can anyone else confirm a similar behavior? Is there anything that can be done to resolve the issue? Thanks, -J1.2KViews0likes1Comment
