Meeting Options are limited
Hello, I have run into a problem of not having a full access to meeting options. I would like to schedule meetings for other people in the office where I do not necessarily have to attend. I would also like to assign other people as co-hosts so that they are able to admit people and have more control of the meeting. There should be settings of being able to let people come in without waiting in the waiting room as well, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Here is the attached screenshot: These are the only two options I get when clicking "Meeting Options". Additionally, whenever I set up a meeting, some people are not able to respond to it because they get an error of undeliverable response: "delivery has failed to these recipients or groups". What is the issue here? Does it have to do with how Outlook is set up? How can I change these limitations and errors? Thank you so much!
Deep Link to Active Meeting
I've managed to get Team Chat message to be issued through the following type link https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=<user1>,<user2>,..&message=<precanned text> What I now want to do is to be able to do is to use this same technique to issue a request for someone to join an active meeting. In otherwords, when a Meeting is currently running, there is an option to view participants, and then to invite participants directly from the meeting... All the Participant sees is a 'Accept / Decline" invite. How can I use the deep link method of initiating this Accept/Decline invite?
Meeting participants in Microsoft Teams for MAC
Hello! We are experiencing weird issues with 2 different customers that are using Teams for MAC. The first user, when creating a new meeting in Teams for MAC, cannot invite addresses from within her own organisation. So, UserA@companyA.com cannot invite UserB@companyA.com. Any other address is fine, including e-mail addresses that do not exist. The second user, from another company entirely, is experiencing the same issue, but reversed. She cannot invite external addresses, only internal. I'm leaning toward this being some kind of setting, but I am not sure where to look. Would kindly appreciate any help.
