invite

Using Teams to create calendar invites is a pain in the backside! Every time I invite a client (or clients) to a call or meeting, I have to manually input each external email to the invite. When this is a regular group catch up, it's pretty time consuming. Why can't Teams remember emails you've inputted before and make suggestions as you start to type in an email, like Outlook does? This would make sending invites so much more practical! Unless it does somehow and I'm not sure how to do that?3.5KViews0likes6CommentsAlways launch guest Teams invite links with web app - remove desktop app option
So if a guest clicks on the Teams invitation link in the email they receive, they get the option to launch and login to the desktop app. This appears to be the preferred MS option. Because we've not allowed guests to use the desktop client in one of our Conditional Access policies, this will fail. We need to remove the desktop app as an option entirely and only offer the login to the web app, or launch straight into the web app. We want there to be no way the guest can get confused. I just don't see this as a customisable thing at the moment. is this correct?1.3KViews0likes2CommentsInvite an participant to an meeting without chat history
hello, we have often 1-2-1 teams meetings. sometimes we need to invite an 3th participant. but the 3th participant can also read the chat history. also when we forget to remove him from the meeting he can also participate the next time. The meeting shows up in the chat window of teams. is there a solution to invite participants without any chat history and after the meeting is ended automatically remove them?Solved17KViews0likes7CommentsInvite new team member from outside organization and no 365 account
My MS Teams works from a 365 account. I want to create a team and invite a new member who neither has a 365 account nor is part of my organization, but who has the Teams Windows app installed with his Microsoft account. Total outsider. I don’t manage to do this. When I try to invite and type in his email address I get the message: “We didn’t find any matches”. I can’t add him to contacts for exactly the same reason. How do I go about this? ThanksSolved6.9KViews0likes6CommentsModify Outlook invite links
Hi everyone, is it possible to modify any of the links in the Outlook invite for a Teams meeting? The "Learn more about Teams" link points to aka.ms/jointeamsmeeting which is an english page. A customer wants to change that to a german page. Thank you and best, Arif17KViews1like4Comments
