In my calendar, several users can sign up for a meeting, but only one. If a meeting is already selected, another user should not be able to select it. I have configured several meetings of 15, 30 minutes, and 1 hour in my calendar. I send the booking link to users so they can choose the time to reserve the meeting. The issue is that in some cases it works and in others it doesn't, allowing a second user to choose a meeting that is already booked. This forces me to cancel and assign another time. Can you help me with this?260Views0likes0CommentsBookings Group Meeting One Cancellation Cancels Entire Event
Hello, Hoping someone can help us find a workaround. We utilize Bookings to schedule and conduct group- style open interviews for an entry level position at our organization. We are finding that when an applicant books a meeting, and then cancels their booking, everyone booked, including the staff member assigned, receives a cancellation notice. Further, the meeting disappears from the Bookings calendar and shows as CANCELLED on the staff member's Teams calendar. We are assuming this is not how the feature was intended to function and it is causing confusion among our applicants. Has anyone else experienced this before, and figured out a workaround to prevent this from happening?927Views0likes3CommentsSetting up 30-min meetings at quarter-past and quarter-to the hour
Hello All, I’m trying to set up 30 minute meetings that begin at quarter past and quarter to (e.g. 3:15, 3:45, 4:15 4:45…). In this case, I do not want the option of starting on the hour, or half hour. For some reason, Bookings with me doesn’t seem to allow this. Does anyone know how to do this? Hello, I am utilizing Microsoft Bookings to scheduling training classes for new employees. I have the trainers set up on Bookings, who then provide a link to new employees to "register" for a class on a date/time by booking. The Bookings calendar is set up as a 1:N group Teams meeting. My issue is occasionally when someone books for a class, the Teams meeting put on the host's Outlook calendar is DIFFERENT from the meeting on the booking site. The meeting IDs are separate, despite being for the same day/time. Employees are joining BOTH meetings, which is causing confusion. Is this a known issue with bookings? How do I correct?2.6KViews1like1CommentBooking For Meeting Rooms
Hi there. I need assistance with Microsoft Bookings. We rent out meeting rooms. So I need the client to be able to select a start time and end time. I cannot have a default time. Is it possible to change this? I want the client to be able to book out a room/service for how many hours they wish.1.3KViews0likes0Comments
