Hi, I currently have one service I offer in my Bookings but want to set it so that I only do a maximum of say 4 of that service in a day. On Gemini, Copilot, and another Microsoft forum post there's instructions to "go to the "Booking page" tab in the Microsoft Bookings app, select the service you want to limit, and then click on the "Edit" button. From there, you can set the maximum number of bookings per day for that service." or "Go to the Booking page tab in Bookings. Select the service you want to limit. Click "Edit" and set the "Maximum number of bookings per day." but when I got to edit my service, I only see these options, nothing about a maximum number of bookings option:1.6KViews9likes1CommentRemove "Book time to meet with me" from new mail
Hello, I tested Bookings once, now I have "Book time to meet with me" in every new mail. How do I remove it ? My Microsoft Bookings is currently disabled and I removed Booking for my profile (licence removed / Booking deleted). The link is also dead: This link is not valid. Please contact the organizer to check if the URL is correct. Signature options in Outlook client and OWA are blank and not set. I googled alot and also asked ChatGPT but couldnt find it out. How can I remove it ?Solved39KViews0likes10CommentsMicrosoft Bookings - Deleting Pages - Reporting capabilities
Hello, I would appreciate support here. If - "A" User has Bookings Page (created by him to automate calls scheduling process) and decides to delete one of the pages... how can it be done? There was an option in the past under 3 dots (...) but its not available now... Can it be deleted by that user or only by the administrator from the business? Additionally, what report capabilities are available either from individual or admin perspective? Any options to see - which users are actually using the Bookings Page, how many clicks, how many appt scheduled, rescheduled, etc? It is beneficial for usage / management performance review... Thank you in advance! PS. all business users have access to Bookings Page through Microsoft 365.609Views0likes0CommentsAvailability takes into account business time zone, not personal staff time zones
This page states that you can change your time zone in Outlook Web and that Bookings will then localize your availability times to that time zone (if I understand correctly). However, changing my time zone (either in "Time zones" or "Language and region") in Outlook changes strictly nothing. I would expect that setting my availability to 9 to 5 would mean 9 to 5 in the time zone I am currently in. However, it seems that it invariably refers to 9 to 5 in the time zone of the business, set on the Booking page > Region and time zone settings tab in Bookings... I understand both ideas, but since I move around a lot it would make sense to have the possibility to choose the time zone to which availability times refer to. Even for people that do not move around a lot, it still makes sense in the context of distributed teams. In this context, there is a fix which consists in picking some arbitrary time zone for the business, then setting the availability times of staff in that time zone instead of their own time zone, but for people who move around a lot it's just a pain to do this manually every time, not to mention that this prevents a central admin from doing it since he would need to constantly be informed of everyone's trips.545Views0likes0CommentsProblem with Bookings - calendars are gone from my profile, yet they're still active online
I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message... Yet, here is an active link to the calendar, which I created: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/FINEINDG216@uofwaterloo.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/7.2KViews2likes5CommentsHow to prioritise one set of customers to book event.
I use a multi-bookings event published on my Microsoft bookings page for an exercise class. The number of spaces available are restricted and for the most part this works well. However, the multi-booking event is open to all my customers, and given event has restricted number of places, I would like my oldest customers who have been with me from the beginning to have priority or opportunity to book before all the rest. How can I achieve this? How do I give them (original customers) opportunity to book before everyone else? Would welcome any help of suggestions with this issue please! Thank you in advance.1KViews0likes1Comment
