Hello, I'm having an issue with clients trying to use my work's Microsoft Booking page. After clients select a time and submit a request, they get an error: "Please try again Something went wrong We couldn't book that appointment. Please reload the page and try again." I've tested it myself as well. Even after reloading the page, clients receive the same error. My calendar seems to accept the appointment and actually places it on my Outlook Calendar, but the issues has been causing clients distress. I didn't seem to find any previous discussing with the keywords I've entered, so apologize if it's a common question! Thanks in advance for any assistance.55Views0likes1CommentNetwork problem with personal bookings
Since a few weeks Microsoft Bookings very often shows me a specific notfication: "Temporary problem in personal bookings - Unfortunately, there seems to be a temporary network problem with personal bookings. Please refresh or try again later." My personal booking page then disappears (although I don't even use it, there is nothing set up in there) and I only see the shared bookings pages, which are relevant to me. However, if I want to access them, nothing really works: I can't make any changes, I can't set up a new service, I don't see the employees I added etc. The only thing that works is the booking page itself, so people can make bookings. Only the administration part doesn't function. This happens very often, in the App as well as in the Browser. Even for other colleagues of mine, this happens. I have found out though, that usually it works before 9 am and after 5pm (which are our companys office hours). And it occured as soon as more and more services were added to the page ( I am only talking about 10 services or so, and two shared booking pages.) Our internal tech service couldn't find a problem with my computer or so. Does anyone know, what might be the reason for this? Is there some setting maybe in bookings, that I need to change? I would be very greatful for some tips!318Views1like4CommentsAllow option to not expire links
I use Bookings for meetings with vendors for my company. I need to provide those vendors with a single link that I don't have to remember to update every few months. To support this, I'd like to see an option on meeting invites to not auto-expire the link or at least be able to set it out for a minimum of one year. As it stands now, I have to provide the vendors with new links each time they want to have a meeting. Based on this discussion in the Bookings forum, it looks like this is a feature others would like to see as well: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoftbookings/how-do-you-set-the-shared-booking-link-to-not-expire-/40645936Views0likes0CommentsProvide the ability for an Owner/Administrator to accept or reject a meeting in Bookings
When you a "Bookings Page" from MS Bookings, the user gets to pick and automatically schedule a time for a meeting. I would like to have a link that the user can only submit a request to meet and as the Administrator for the calendar, or individual recipient of the meeting, accept or reject the meeting. I work with a lot of vendors and partners and I want to give them a scheduling link, but I don't want them to have carte blanche to put meetings on my calendar.597Views10likes1Comment
