Change Management for Office 365 - Having the conversation in Teams and Planner
I posted over on my MSDN blog a sample using PowerShell with (or without) Azure Functions to read Office 365 Message Center posts and then have them auto assigned to specific people and set as tasks in product related buckets in Planner - and no reason why that Plan shouldn't be one hosted in a tab in Teams so that you can keep the change management conversation going there.
