Dear Community, Public Preview is enabled on an individual basis (i.e. everyone can choose for themselves via their Teams-settings whether to enable or disable Public Preview). On the desktop app this works perfectly fine and a lot of the preview features are highly appreciated. On the web application, on the other hand, the setting to turn on Public Preview is not available (i.e. it isn't displayed at all). According to my research, Public Preview should be available on the web as well. Our admin couldn't find any web-specific settings that might be responsible for the differences in availability between desktop and web. Does anyone have the same issue or know whether there are any specific settings to enable Public Preview for web as well? Or does anyone know of changes from Teams regarding the availability of Public Preview for web? Thank you for your help :)Compose Message toolbar reverted to an old version?!

The Microsoft Teams Public Preview application seems to be missing the Teams Wiki app. In February 2023's SharePoint Roadmap Pitstop, the following was stated: Microsoft Teams: Wiki retirement and the future of note taking in Teams Channels We are announcing that Wiki's will be retired from Teams. We are offering note taking capabilities through Teams Channels powered by OneNote. With this release, users have an option to export their wiki content to OneNote notebooks in Teams standard channel. After exporting, users can go to the Notes tab to collaborate using OneNote in channels. Note: With this change users can continue to access and edit existing wikis but can’t create new wikis in Teams channels. I musst say although not perfect transcripts is an amassing feature, specially since oyu have the Recordings & Transcripts tab in the meeting details panel as part of the Meeting summary. now is an user have the Dark mode in teams, the transcripts are not visibel. only after we highlighted content we realized that the text is there, is simply dark as well therefore not readable. if you jump to the Default Theme, then you can read. is this a known bug ? the text of the transcrips should be white for users who use the Dark Theme in Teams isnt it ? The version of teams i am looking at this bug is -> Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.9773 (64-bit). It was last updated on 12/04/2021.
