12 TopicsiOS app failing to block notifications
I've noticed in recent weeks/months that the Teams app on my iPhone (v6.23.1) pings me about meetings and calls, despite being active on the desktop app (windows 11). I've got the mobile app setup to block notification when i'm active on the desktop, but the notifications still come through. Not chat/channel messages though. Just meetings and calls. Is there another settings I'm missing or is this a bug?30Views0likes0CommentsTransferring Incoming Calls Directly to Voicemail (via Mobile app)
The Microsoft Teams desktop application allows you to transfer an incoming call directly into someone's work voicemail without ringing them. The instructions are here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/transfer-a-call-in-microsoft-teams-b7f40f14-e083-46b9-b739-68038c8f73a0#ID0EBBD=Desktop However, the Teams mobile app does not have this feature. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/transfer-a-call-in-microsoft-teams-b7f40f14-e083-46b9-b739-68038c8f73a0#ID0EBBD=Mobile Does anyone know if this feature will be added to the Microsoft Teams mobile app?1.4KViews0likes2CommentsAndroid Teams app no dial tone for Teams calls

Hello all, first some basic information, we use Teams for business and the following problem only affects the Teams mobile app. The problem occurs on several Android devices. The issue is as follows: We have set up a team as an example "test team" and there in the channel "general" tasks are created. As soon as you try to adjust the due date of a task, you are kicked out of the edit view and the screen freezes except for the back arrow. Can anyone help? Or is this a known bug? Thanks to all who try to help. Nico574Views0likes0CommentsSharing screen of powerapps on mobile with teams

Hello, My team and I built many custom apps for our company but our objective now is only made a desktop version of these applications, we are not interested in work at a responsive version for them. So we want to show our applications only for users that are accessing MSTeams app from a Desktop or even a tablet but not cellphones, is that possible? How can we make this work? Have a nice week and thank you all.Solved3KViews0likes2CommentsDeploying Team app
Looking for clarification on how to best deploy Teams app to Windows 10, as well as iOS/Android devices. I've read one article that states “The mobile apps can be downloaded directly from their respective vendor mobile stores, such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, or by being pushed through Microsoft Intune." and another that states: "Mobile apps are distributed and updated through the respective mobile platform’s app store only. Distribution of the mobile apps via MDM or side-loading is not supported by Microsoft" So, which is it? Can I use Intune (MDM) to deploy Teams to not only Windows 10, but mobile devices as well, or not??Solved3KViews0likes7CommentsAccessing Team through Mobile with no App
Hi all, The company I work for has decided to start using Teams instead of face-to-face training. As it's quite a large company (over 1600 staff) it's not really feasible to expect them all to download the App on mobile. Is it possible to use the internet browser on your phone to join a meeting? I've tried inviting my own personal email account and all it says is 'Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid' so I've tried opening it in Microsoft Edge and Chrome (on mobile) which tells me I've got to install the Teams app, no option to join via the website. When I download the app it works fine, but like I said, people aren't going to want to download the app for a one off training session? I'm very new to Teams so anything you can suggest would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dan4.7KViews0likes2CommentsCan Teams on Mobile Require Passcode?
I'm wondering if a policy can be set requiring a passcode on the mobile device when logging into a corporate account in Teams mobile. What I'm looking for is similar to the mobile policy settings for Exchange that require a user to have a passcode on their mobile device when connecting to our Exchange server. Personally, I don't know anyone who doesn't have a passcode or pattern security enabled on their mobile devices, but apparently people run around with their phones totally unsecured. Thanks!15KViews1like2Comments
