Outlook shared calendar not reflecting correct times
Hello, Our team utilizes the Microsoft Bookings App to manage studies. We instruct team members to update their shared calendar in Outlook with their working hours which we then copy into the Bookings App. The issues is that the shared calendar times that we see are rarely aligned with the times entered by the clinicians (Especially when using the old vs. new Outlooks) , so we cannot trust the shared calendar as a viable source for their working hours. Has anyone experienced similar issues with shared calendars?
A custom mobile Outlook add-in is not loading, which is working well in the Outlook Web
We have created a manifest file by following the link as mentioned in the Microsoft Documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/mobile-event-based?tabs=jsonmanifest and uploaded to O365 admin for using it in Web application and mobile application, but Add-in is not showing in the Mobile application Add-in list. I have tried clearing cache in the mobile app and also tried PowerShell Command Set-OrganizationConfig -OutlookMobileGCCRestrictionsEnabled $false but it is not working. My questions are: Have we missed anything after deployment or in the Manifest file? Do we need to run any other PowerShell commands to display the application in the Mobile Outlook Add-in list? In some forums it was mentioned that the Add-in needs to be Whitelisted, is there any such thing. If so, how to do that? Please suggest us on how to proceed and help us with this manifest file (Add-in) to be working in the Outlook mobile application.
Can't add shared mailboxes
Hi everyone I have an M365 Business Tenant with just one Exchange Online Plan 1 license active and one shared mailbox. The license I use for my locally installed Office Apps is from a M365 Family Plan. I can fully integrate my account with the EXO license but can't add the shared mailbox as seen in my screenshot. Is this due to the licensing through M365 Family? Does this disable the functionality to add shared mailboxes? The shared mailbox can be added in OWA and on mobile but not in my Outlook client. Hi Is anyone else stuck in a redirect loop on outlook.com? I go to outlook.com, enter my email address and password. The blue envelope pops up, sits there for a few seconds, and then redirects to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/outlook/email-and-calendar-software-microsoft-outlook I then click on one of the login links/buttons and do the same and it ends up back in the same place. Sometimes I will get a 403 (which is weird!), and then some other times it will log into my email, so the credentials are ok, and the account is not locked. This has only started to happen in the last couple of weeks. I have tried clearing all website data, loading incognito and the same thing happens in both cases. Anyone else experiencing this? Tony
Which APIs are the best for my outlook software
Hey community, I want to build a software that would automatically process incoming emails (using an LLM) from an outlook inbox and perform tasks, like forwarding the email to another inbox, or enriching the email body text with data from a CRM. The software should be easy to integrate into new organisations, so I was looking at building an outlook extensions.But i could not find any triggers that would work on any incoming email. I've looked at the Microsoft documentation for autolaunch add-ins: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/autolaunch But I have seen that I could create a email subscription with the microsoft REST API https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/subscription-post-subscriptions?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http#request I also discovered this blog post that revolved around a similar problem https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoft-365/trigger-api-from-received-email/3906340 The suggested solution includes using microsoft power automate, but I would like my solution to work without any additional subscriptions. So my question is, what are the best API's to develop my software. It should be easy to install it on every machine of employees of a client company (like installing the outlook add-on) and analyse the content of the email automatically to then perform some actions, like adding text to the body of an email. Since a couple of weeks I get error when accessing Outlook.live.com. I'm logged in but the site reports either (1) that a request cannot be completed or (2) a new page comes up saying to refresh the application. After some time the sites works again. There is no network problem since others sites work and I get a response from MS. I removed cache and restarted system OSX and also tried other browser then Safari. But also there the same problem. Any suggestions are welcome.Can't send emails to gmail addresses

I get this in response: mx.google.com rejected your message: *****@gmail.com (*****@gmail.com) Your message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email server (outside Office 365) suspected that your message was spam. To fix this, try to modify your message, or change how you're sending the message, using the guidance in this article: E-mailing Best Practices for Senders. Then resend your message. If you continue to experience the problem, contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to ask their email admin to add your email address or your domain name (the text after the "@" symbol in your email address) to their allowed senders list.
