3 TopicsInvite an participant to an meeting without chat history
hello, we have often 1-2-1 teams meetings. sometimes we need to invite an 3th participant. but the 3th participant can also read the chat history. also when we forget to remove him from the meeting he can also participate the next time. The meeting shows up in the chat window of teams. is there a solution to invite participants without any chat history and after the meeting is ended automatically remove them?Solved17KViews0likes7CommentsRemoving a one-time participant from a recurring meeting
Hi, During a recurring weekly meeting, we decided to manually add a participant in the middle of the meeting that usually is not invited. Ever since, their name has been in the participant list. How can I remove it? Barry7.5KViews1like2CommentsMeeting participants in Microsoft Teams for MAC
Hello! We are experiencing weird issues with 2 different customers that are using Teams for MAC. The first user, when creating a new meeting in Teams for MAC, cannot invite addresses from within her own organisation. So, UserA@companyA.com cannot invite UserB@companyA.com. Any other address is fine, including e-mail addresses that do not exist. The second user, from another company entirely, is experiencing the same issue, but reversed. She cannot invite external addresses, only internal. I'm leaning toward this being some kind of setting, but I am not sure where to look. Would kindly appreciate any help. Thank you & have a nice day!1.2KViews0likes1Comment
