Partner renewal - What is going on?!
We have logged a ticket with MS partner support but so far no reply. The problem we are facing is that we have a -2 on net customer adds. When digging into the figures, we are seeing loss of customers that do still exist and are active. But worse still, we are seeing customers on that list THAT ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMERS, to the total of 3. That makes 4 customers in total on our "In Decline" list which should not be there. Looking at other figures (no change list) there are also customers who are not ours. Has anyone else experienced these kind of issues? Based on current figures, we need to add 11 new customers with minimum 11 users before March/April. This is impossible.
