performance issue
2 TopicsTeams Performance issues on Mac
Teams for mac seems incredibly slow after an update done yesterday (Nov 13 2024). I don't know if this is when the update was pushed, or just when my client updated. However after performing the update, teams is super slow to launch on my M2 Max macbook pro. Also I can't adjust my away status, as when i click on the persons head, I have no options other than sign out. The status seems to be stuck on unknown. I have deleted teams completely/reinstalled. I also tried signing out > back in, and still doesn't work. I signed into teams on my windows PC and there are no issues, so seems to be mac related. Version You have Microsoft Teams version 24295.606.3238.6194. You've got the latest version. It was last checked on 11/14/2024. The client version is 50/24102001316. Early Access throughPublic PreviewVideo call vs Intel Speedstep
Hi all, I have a very annoying issue: when I'm having a videocall in Teams, at some point my CPU is capped at 0,78Ghz, causing my entire pc to slow down & the Intel GPU to max out. See screenshot in attachment. When the call is ended, the CPU goes back to +3Ghz and everything is OK. Disabling Intel Speedstep in Bios could be a solution, but I prefer to find a solution that fixes the actual issue and doesn't result in constant higher energy consumption. FYI it's a Dell XPS 9550 Any input is welcome, thxSolved8.2KViews0likes1Comment
