Microsoft Planner – Audit trails for Cards (Activity)
Hi folks, Could we please have an activity feed for each card to log who did what? Having the ability to know who changed the dates, the description, etc., would help increase the transparency and the integrity of the information contained in it. We might want to mimic what is currently done on Trello. For example: Dimitri Pletschette set this card to be due Jun 6 at 11:50 AM a few seconds ago Dimitri Pletschette added this card to To Do 5 minutes ago Feel free to jump into the conversation below. Mention people in the comments of Tasks
How do you mention someone in the comments section of a task? I've seen other queries about this dating back to 2017, and in 2019 Microsoft said they are working on it... so has this been done? Example: My colleague and I have been assigned a task - to upload content onto the website. In the checklist it notes my colleague will write the content, and then I will upload it. I'm trying to tag her in my comment to say, "@ let me know when the copy is ready for me to upload." Is there actually no way to do this?Planner not working in Teams
Hello, I've been using Office365, Teams, Planner for a while now. Been a few days that I'm unable to add a new Planner to a Channel. Every time I try to add Planner to any Standard Channel, it returns the error message "We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again." Contacted Office Support on Twitter and they redirected me to Tech Community. Please suggest. Hello all - I'll trying to figure out if it's possible to include team members on individual tasks in planner so that they can be aware of the progressing being made on key tasks rather than assigning them as responsible team members. For instance, in the example attached, I would like for Rohan to be the individual responsible for the task. However, I would like for Dave to receive updates as comments and changes are made to the task so that they can also be aware of progress. Appreciate any insights you may have. Planner Error: We couldn't complete your request because your item or storage limit has been exceed
All of a sudden I started received the following error message when trying to create new tasks in a plan that I've created in a Team. The error reads: We couldn't complete your request because your item or storage limit has been exceeded. Technical details I have confirmed I have not run out of OneDrive storage which is something I've seen an a cited cause. Unable to add Planner app to Teams
Hi, We're in the process of setting up a new system for a new company, and this problem occurred. We want to use Planner for tasks and Teams for communication. I'd like to add a planner tab to the general channel, but planner doesn't show up between the apps. Now I'm aware that it's not possible to add planner to private channels, but AFAIK our general channel is public. What could be wrong? Thanks!
