What constitutes as 'Unknown' in Call Queue Call Result in Call Queue Analytics from teams.
Hi all, I'm using the AA/CQD historical reports in Power BI and in the data for some Call Queue actions i'm receiving Unknown / Other. We have confirmed that one of our agents was forwarded / answered this call specifically in the time-frame (there was only one item in this time-frame so it was easy to drill down.) In the dimensions posted here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/aa-cq-cqd-historical-reports) the 'other' and 'unknown' are pretty vague. see: 'An unknown condition has occurred'. I'm just curious if there's any way to find out why this went to unknown even though it was answered by an agent. (The call doesn't exist under the agents timeline either.) or if I'm at the behest of what data I am returned. Thanks!
Power BI report in Team Desktop showing wrong date format.
I have Power BI report in MS Teams tab, the issue is the date format is in US on desktop version and the date format is in UK in the online Teams version. I want the format to be in UK for both. I have checked the Teams setting in desktop and also the windows setting in for the region and confirmed it is set to the UK.
Full Screen not working correctly with Power BI app
I have attempted a few times recently to use full screen to display dashboards created in the Power BI app on the Teams desktop client. Entering full screen mode works perfectly, but once in full screen, there is no option available to leave this mode. Hitting the Esc key will shrink the window to show the Taskbar, but the window will remain borderless and it will be entirely filled by the dashboard. This leaves me unable to leave the Power BI dashboard and go back to view chats, teams, my calendar, etc. The only way I've found to get back to view other areas is to right-click on the teams tab in my Taskbar and click "New Chat," which will take me back to view all of my chats as normal. Other people at my company trying to view the same dashboards are having the same issue. This doesn't feel like something that was intended, but I can't find any information on this issue or how to resolve it anywhere. Am I just missing the button to leave full screen somewhere? If anyone knows of an intended way to change the view back to windowed correctly, it would be greatly appreciated.
Project/Job Management tool
Hi All, Being new to Teams (but loving what it does) I'm looking at ways to centralise and visulaise our projects/jobs. Please see the attached screenshot I took. Does anybody recognise this project Management tool? It's what we are looking for ie a sliding timelime with projects assigned and summary details below. This will then be visable to remote Teams members. It would be great if it had the ability to click on it and see components of it. Alternatively I'd be looking at getting something built to make this work and would be greatful if I'm pointed in the right direction of Software/Apps/Developers etc to get this done.
