Microsoft Edge is set as the default PDF-handler application in Windows 10 on my pc. However, in Outlook Desktop, when I click on PDF-files which are attached to a mail message, I get an error message "This file cannot be previewed, because there is no previewer installed for it". I can only solve this by installing Acrobat Reader, which I do not want to do. What is the solution?Solved21KViews1like14CommentsChoosing Collection's cover/preview
In Edge Collections, let us change a Collection's cover/preview. right now, the first/top Collection item is automatically set as the Collection's cover, please add an option so we can choose any individual item inside a Collection as that Collection's cover.691Views2likes0CommentsThe new Tab preview in Edge canary is Not what I expected - it's straight up copy of chrome
That, which can be enabled by this flag: edge://flags/#tab-hover-card-images (Edge Canary 86.0.598.0) adds tab previews under each tab just like chrome. I hope this is not the way Microsoft wants to implement tab previews because it's exact copy of chrome. Edge legacy's tab previews are a lot better and look nicer. you could preview the tabs at the top or at the bottom on hover, you could have a whole strip dedicated for tab previews at the top of the tabs.1.6KViews3likes3CommentsRSS preview in Edge
Hello. This may be more suited as an idea for a separate browser add-on, but I'll write about a problem that bothers me. Chrome-based browsers don't have built-in rss preview support. There are a lot of add-ons, but personally I don't like the way rss looks. In my opinion the most convenient preview of rss was when in firefox. But it was cut out, too. Maybe someone will write an add-on that will make rss tapes look like the outside of what is depicted in the picture. Thank you.3.4KViews0likes7Comments
