Hello all, Just been updated to Teams version 23285.3607.2525.937 and in this version, calling other users behaviour in the UI has been changed to instead of having two distinct buttons for either an Audio or Video call, there is now a "Meet Now" button with a drop down where the main click option defaults to an audio call. This is a poor change to the UI design and I also cannot see an option to set video calls to be the default meet now option, is there an option to change the default behaviour and where is it?Call notification/Ring not appearing in Teams Preview desktop client
Issue: Call notification/Ring not appearing in Teams Preview desktop client. Version You have Microsoft Teams version 23088.1500.1978.6338. You've got the latest version. It was last updated on 4/10/2023. The client version is 49/23032918805. Troubleshooting/Isolation steps: Cleared Teams client cache - Still issue. Notification on Teams web current & Preview - Works Notification for Teams mobile - Works Notification settings for Windows - All enabled still issue. This seems a bug with the preview teams preview client. I will have a ticket open with MS to report this as a bug.SolvedSecondary ringer missing again !!!!!!
Really Microsoft ? After using month to implement this setting in the original Teams Client you missed that setting again in the new client ? Do you even test your products at Microsoft or is this task now outsourced to your paying customers ? I really hope its just hidden somewhere deep below in the settings and i just missed that.How would you transition existing external People to SharedChannel?
We are currently having around ~1000x Guest-User (B2B Collab) and would like to switch to Team-Connect (B2B Direct Connect), so they do not have to switch Tenants anymore. Where would you start, after doing all the preparation (Federation) on the Tenant-Level: - Switch them Company by Company / Switch them Team by Team? - Will they still be able to access existing Files, Discussion, Channels? - Where do i have to pay attention?Issue with Planner within Teams Preview Channel Tabs
Hi, Is anyone else experiencing this error when trying to access Planner from a channel tab? "Error loading user settings. Please try again. If this continues please contact customer support." Has anyone found a way to get around this? From testing, the error doesn't come up when accessing Planner directly from the Tasks by Planner app. It's only happening when trying to access Planner from a channel tab. This also doesn't happen when accessing the tab from the regular desktop or online versions of Teams, just with the preview. My device has been restarted multiple times, and the app is up to date. I've quit it and restarted the app just to make sure. If there are any other troubleshooting steps that you've found helped please let me know.
