Guest access as 'teachers' in Teams
Here is the situation: I work in a school music department and I am in charge of a team of visiting music teachers. They are self employed and as a result they do not have school email addresses or access to the school IT systems i.e. Teams, Onedrive etc. I would like to create a Class Notebook to keep track of individual students. I know I can create a Team and invite guests and set this up as a staff notebook. Each music teacher would have their own section and they would have access to the collaboration space etc, but this would be staff only. Ideally, I would like each teacher to have access to a class notebook for their pupils. For practicalities, courtesy and data protection, I do not want one teacher to be be able to access notebooks of other pupils. Is this achievable through Teams/One Note Class Notebook? I suspect I can't do ALL of this within one Team/Class Notebook. One option I thought of is to create a separate team for each music teacher with their students and set up a class notebook that way. This would be set up with me as a teacher, a guest (visiting music teacher) and a collection of pupils. Would the 'guest' be able to function as a 'teacher' in this scenario? Ideally I would like the 'guest' to be able to add to the content library and to have a 'teacher only' section, but I don't know if this is possible with an external email address. SDS Provisioned Team stuck on "We are still setting up your Notebook"
We have several users with the message "We are still setting up your Notebook" it has been doing this for several days and will not create the Notebooks. What is the best way to get these Notebooks provisioned. They are also unable to upload to the file section. Please advise.
Microsoft Sync and Canvas
We recently enabled Microsoft Sync in our Canvas (LMS) environment. The sync works great but I have a couple questions about it. In looking at this resource it appears there is course navigation link that should be available in Canvas. I am not seeing that in our environment. Is that not released yet? Some of our Instructors copy previously used Teams when creating new Teams for their courses/term. Is it possible to export/import previous Team content? It doesn't appear this is possible when going the Canvas/Sync route. Thanks!
Hiding Executives from other Staff
Is there a way to limit the communication between executives and lower-level staff? For example, the CEO should not be receiving messages from staff without going through their assistant first. Is there a group policy or messaging limitation for separating certain people from communicating directly or through invite only? It is not practical to have staff directly contacting executives and scoped directory search does not work for this particular situation.Some useful resources

I have a student who has been able to join meetings with no problems. That changed yesterday and no matter how I try to pull them into a meeting they cannot join. They are also unable to join meetings put on by their other teachers. Our IT person can see nothing from the student's device that would be causing this issue. This is the only device the student has access to. Why can they no longer join meetings?
Guest access- suffix label
We need to keep guest access turned on to run meetings with external individuals/organisations, but as a school we're experiencing people trying to access lessons that are not theirs, and causing problems. When the (guest) suffix label appears, we can easily identify and deny admittance, but some guests area appearing without that suffix label, and are mimicking our usernames, making it impossible to identify without hovering over each potential participant to see their card. Anyone know why the guest suffix has disappeared, and how we can ensure it is always there?
Microsoft Teams does not allow entry codes from organizations
Microsoft Team does not allow entry codes from organizations. The school has even sent me a code (5zs5abh) to join a group, however, the program version 1.3.00.28779 starts a looping with a code sent by my own email. I cannot log in. Please fix this. Hi. We've created student groups on Office365 admin panel. And then when we want to send homework to a particular group of students, we can not see the group name on the list! We have email groups for each classroom like 1A, 1B... For example, i teach in multiple classes and i created a team and added my all students, then created channels for each class. And when i create an assignment and want to select group 1A or 2B for instance. Unfortunately i can not see that name of group on the list. What can we do? And second problem is Why video and voice call are inactive? Why it doesn't appear?
