Action Pack Renewal Notification
I recently missed my Action Pack Renewal. This was because I did not receive a specific renewal notification. I did receive 'Action required: Link your Partner Center account to Microsoft billing profile' and 'Partner Center account successfully linked to Microsoft billing profile' emails and although these emails mention this was required before renewal and did give the date by which renewal had to be completed this was some time in the future and was not recorded. It was overlooked because in previous years I had received a specific 'Renewal Email' had been sent. Thanks for attending the Microsoft AI Partner Innovate event in Sydney on April 4. It was an absolute pleasure to see so many enthusiastic partners networking, learning, asking questions and getting ready to help their customers with adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI.
