OneDrive on Mac: shared folders suddenly not any more visible in finder
I use the Onedrive App on my Macbook Pro M2 Max with the latest Sequoia 15.3.1. I own Microsoft 365 family. In there are three users that share some of their OneDrive folders to some other users of the same family. Now I see that suddenly a shared folder (FOTOS_2024-) is not any more visible in Finder, but it is visible online and sharing is allowed. But it is not in the selection of synchronised folders in the OneDrive properties (see screenprint below) How can I correct this that I have the missing folder again in Finder?beatgrMar 09, 2025Copper Contributor75Views2likes1CommentMy Windows 10 Pro PC upgrade to Windows 11 Pro License Issues?
Hello all I have a PC with Windows 10 Pro on it that has an up-to-date but old install of Windows 10 Pro. My hardware is compatible with Windows 11 according to the Microsoft tool. I have three problems: I want Windows 11 Pro I need a bigger hard drive I have a new processor I want to install (change from Ryzen 3600 to 5900x, same motherboard) My problem is that I don't want to lose my Windows product key. So my plan is in this order: Put in the new CPU (hope this does not break my Windows license) Install Windows 11 as an upgrade Do all updates Remove old hard drive Put in new hard drive Install Windows 11 fresh Hope existing product key works without me having to buy a new one My questions are: Will my plan work? Will my plan work better if I do it in a different order? Should I do a completely different plan? I am asking the question because I once updated the bios on a motherboard, and it disabled the license for my Windows (which I no longer had a record of). Microsoft said it was because I had a "hardware change," which I simply said you do not know the difference between hardware and software, as a BIOS update is not a hardware change. All the hardware, chips, capacitors, resistors, etc. soldered on to a motherboard were exactly the same! Hi I understand that by default when a site collection and sites are created, the option Allow members to share the site and individual files and folders. is ticked. This allows members of the site to 'Share' files. This feature overrides the existing permissions and creates unique permissions on that file. It gets messy fast!! Now we are in a situation where one site collection has over 100 sites. Within these sites members have shared documents they shouldn't have. My first question is, can I turn the share function off at site collection level or does it need to be done one each site? Once it is turned off does it make the links that have been shared invalid or are they still active? Thanks KarenlaceykMar 09, 2025Brass Contributor68Views1like1CommentMCTrenewal before july 2025
Hello Mct Community. My question is about those of us whose MCT expires before July 2025. Should we receive the renewal link 90 days before, okay? If we don't receive it, does anyone know how to make a claim? Thank you very much.RubenTambussiMar 08, 2025Copper Contributor118Views0likes0CommentsDeleting Posts/Forms
