I've been testing PowerApps via the trial and noticed that when I share an app with another user on the same online tenant they have to login to the PowerApps website and also use the trial. I understand that O365 administrators can't control whether an individual user access the PowerApps site but I would like to use PA to create an app that feeds into a SharePoint list without each user on our tenant having to go through the trial. Are PowerApps and Flow available for use by Government licenses E1/E3 so we can enable at the site collection level?Solved11KViews1like23CommentsWelcome to the Microsoft Teams Government AMA!

Didn't see anything in the roadmap for when the Microsoft Search new experience would be available in GCC. Also looking to use acronym search when possible. Currently, the MS Search experience in GCC is still old school. On standard tenant, acronym search is available.2.4KViews0likes11CommentsPlanner Notification for Task Assignment
I was wondering why in the GCC Planner app the option to receive a notification (email, Teams, mobile push) when "someone assigns a task to me" is not available? And when might we expect to see that feature arrive? It would be really nice to have this capability as I'm managing many projects in Planner, but I have to manually notify people when I assign them a task. Thanks.3.9KViews1like11CommentsWelcome to the Office 365 & Gov AMA!

I am getting request for assistance from government agencies, but those are very difficult to answer because of the gap between my commercial developer tenant and the GCC/GCCH tenant. The challenges in particular are admin settings and programmatic access (PowerShell, Graph). Is there a way for consultants to get access to a GCC/GCCH developer tenant?Solved4.2KViews1like9CommentsB2B / Guest Access between Government (National Cloud) and Commercial Cloud timeline
I heard that this is coming to GCC high / DoD. Based on documentation, currently b2b/guest access is only supported for national cloud to national cloud, right? When will it be possible to inter-operate between gov and commercial tenants via Guess Access / B2B in Teams?Solved31KViews3likes8CommentsWin32 Content Prep tool doesn't work with FIPS mode
This issue on GitHub has been languishing unacknowledged for the past three years. Since the elder days of yore, the Win32 Content Prep tool - the only option for deploying non-MSI applications through Intune - has been unable to operate on and endpoint which has been FIPSed. This process has caused much consternation among those of us who must, by reason of government directive, FIPS ourselves and our endpoints for the security of the nation. I would humbly beseech those who create the great and powerful content prep tool to update it with support for FIPS so that those of us who wish to use it can do so. If you are in the Government tenant, you probably feel the pain that many of us have expressed here about the delays in getting O365 products released to our tenant, and moreover the lack of transparency in when they are going to be released. We understand the releases are delayed while obtaining the necessary compliance that is part of the Government tenants, but as administrators (and users!), we need more information to be able to properly plan and advise our users. The current Roadmap has spotty information in this space, at best, and it is not easy to find. Often it is buried in a description page, without any information on when we will get the release. There is a User Voice item posted requesting a Government tenant Roadmap with dates for product releases to the Gov tenants: https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/264636-general/suggestions/33313249-release-dates-for-government-tenancy Please consider adding your voice to help this item get traction! -kathySolved2.3KViews0likes7CommentsDemystifying data sovereignty and residency

Private Channels and Planner
When will Private Channels officially be available for GCC? Thanks!Solved2.5KViews2likes6CommentsDetails of feature availability in GCC Tenants
I am working with a client in a GCC tenant. They are looking at available training and adoption resources and they were wondering if there was some kind of chart that compares feature availability. They found some tables that list features at a high level but not at a detailed level. The example that comes to mind is that as of last week, you can't add a OneNote Notebook to a Tab in MS Teams in a GCC Tenant. So if their users were looking a training video that shows how to add OneNote as a Tab on a MS Teams channel they would get frustrated when they found it was not available. It looks like this group does have announcements of features as they are added to GCC Tenants. Can you recommend other good resources? Thanks - GregSolved8.9KViews0likes5CommentsColloboration in the Public Sector, Local/State Government - and introduction
Hi All. My name is Adam Levithan. I'm a recent MVP in Office Services and Servers and I've been working with Public Sector, Local/State Government customers for over 10 years. I'm located in the center of the public sector, Washington DC and hear a lot of the opportunities with transitioning between versions of products, and certainly to the cloud. What are some key questions you have?Slow to receive new features
I think one of my biggest pain points with Office 365 is the slowness in which a Government tenant receives updates. For example, Sway was announced in October 2014 and Planner was announced in December 2015 and neither has shown up for my tenant. The other day my boss saw mention of Microsoft Teams in news media and was excited and wanted to know when we would have access. I had to tell him that it can be years before our tenant receives a feature, even though we are paying for it.1.9KViews2likes5Comments
