At Microsoft Inspire 2023, we announced that we are bringing together Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights into one offer, enabling organizations to unify and enrich their customer data to deliver personalized, connected, end-to-end customer journeys across sales, marketing, and service. The new Customer Insights provides flexibility, offering access to the customer data platform (Customer Insights—Data) and real-time marketing with customer journey management (Customer Insights—Journeys). Pricing allows you to unlock both applications and choose the capacity you require. If you use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service, Customer Insights can serve as the foundation for understanding customers and orchestrating contextual journeys across touchpoints. Started in August, Power Automate Process Mining is giving customers more control over process optimization and operational efficiency. Infused with next-generation AI, Power Automate Process Mining enables organizations to easily understand how processes are executing across their business, to use out-of-the-box recommendations to reduce the complexity of processes, and drive continuous process improvement through automation and optimization. Take the opportunity and expand your role as trusted advisor, helping customers better understand their process landscape and identify which processes to prioritize for automation or optimization. Investing in Process Mining opens new opportunties to provide value-added services, from data preparation and processing to advisory and insights to implementation. Rolling out in October, we're launching a partner-led, one-day Pre-Sales activity for Process Mining Discovery, aiming to reimagine business processes.
