Identity verification status has reject

In Partner center the Identity verification status has reject due to The identity verification was not successful. This is because the primary contact details did not match.

 

Please assist with the verification process and let us know what changes are required. We are currently unable to update the primary contact details.

 

We raised support ticket with Microsoft Partner but still response it pending with almost 6 days.

    I've been unable to get past the employment verification step myself. I really am at a loss as to how to proceed. My small business used to sell apps & games for Windows Phone years ago, and my account has been idle for some time but I've been trying to get it restarted in the hopes of publishing new apps on Windows Store.

    I provided all the information I thought I was asked for, and somehow they are just unable to verify it and their feedback was not enough to help me understand what I am missing. After multiple attempts I have been locked out from submitting more info - with no warning or apparent recourse!  

    I don't know what else to do and I'm just glad to see there's an actual thread with actual humans trying to solve the same problem. Until now all I could find was bots pointing me to docs that weren't at all helpful. The website is not really intuitive either.. I tried to submit a support ticket and I just get sent to another bot. I'd love to support the platform but at the moment I am 100% blocked. I'd love to understand how to talk to an actual person, even via email, to sort this out. I appreciate how much fraud and abuse the folks running the system must have to deal with but I am a legit business trying to use the platform as it is intended. Please help!

  • If you receive the messaging that you do not meet Microsoft Standards for eligibility there is nothing left to be done unfortunately.

    I want to join clarktech on the same exact issue I'm facing, and I have MS 365 license directly bought from Microsoft with the Business CC

    Here is my request:

    Hi MS Partner Support,

    I'm reaching out to you find a path forward to becoming an MSAICPP partner, as I'm tied up with Pax8 to sell Microsoft software to my customers in Mid-West US Region.

    But I'm unable to do so as my registration is not approved. It's unfortunate that I can do direct business with Microsoft buying my MS365 license directly, but my company validation for the Free Partner account has an undisclosed issue?

    I started this new Michigan LLC (single owner) Company in November-2024 as an Engineering & IT service company providing services to Manufacturing companies.

    I still have hopes that Partner Support can look into my account and identify the issue to resolve it, punishing a startup Company this way is very painful, specially I'm the Microsoft customer and signed up MS365 for 3 years from the same account!

    I have already tried admin Center Support and unable to resolve.

      I also started an x.com and posted and sent a DM to the mspartner account because in the thread shared JillArmourMicrosoft users reported success wiht reachingout to mspartner via X/Twitter. And sure, I'll share a screenshot too like Sukh has:

      Hi Jill,
      Thanks for responding and linking me to that thread. I'm going through the same excruciating pain the rest of the individuals in the forum are talking about. I have been rejected like 7 or 8 times. I'm opening support tickets daily hoping they see a trend and escalate, and they are closed within 24 hours and the same response every time. My domain invoice matches everything. I have LLC official documents I have uploaded. I have completed the verifiable credentials process and linked in my microsoft authenticator to my partner account. This is so unreasonable.

    Did you resolve this? I have the same issue. I have opened about 5 tickets reqeusting clarificaiton on the rejection and they are immediatley closing the tickets with no asnwers.....
