Any plans to support Teams Chat interop outside meetings?

Thank you for reaching out! Currently, there are no immediate plans to support this scenario through Teams Interop outside of meetings.
However, there are some alternative approaches to explore, such as:- Using a Teams App to surface Azure Communication Chat threads for users on the Teams clients.
- Using a Bot to transfer messages between the Azure Communication Services Chat channel and Teams channel
