Can't assign confidential sensitivity label - The label selected is unavailable in office on the web

Nothing wrong with your configuration, thats correct. When you choose "Let user assign permissions .." to access control, you cannot applied the label on office web. Only worked if you opened on office apps, because you should enter the username to give permissions to them.

Thanks for the confirmation. After trying couple of times, I've come to same conclusion. Since permissions need to be applied on the office app to respective user/s.
