My WordPress Blog Indexed Then DeIndexed in Bing

Hello,

I recently conducted a Site Scan on my WordPress blog that was deindexed, indexed, and now deindexed again.

One issue is telling me...

Blocked by Robots.txt ***Red Error with 99 pages affected.

This points to all my affiliate URLs used as redirects stored in my /goto/ directory.

For example: https://mywebsite(dot)com/goto/articlepost

The 99 affiliate URL redirects like the above are blocked from the search engines. I made sure of this.

Why does Bing find this to be an issue that needs to be fixed?
