BAPA Incorrect Template link

Correct, after completing Success by Design training, you may decide to create your own success measure tracking template or make use of FastTrack's template - Introduction to Success by Design - Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
If I understand your ask, it sounds like you want to use the template provided, therefore, please click on the link that you've provided and download the .pptx slide. There you will find the instructions for the success planning workshop POE along w/ the template.
Once you've downloaded the template and reviewed it, please let me know if that is not what you're asking for.

thanks for the response @LicensingConcierge1, but what I indicated is not resolved. When you click on the link provided, it'll take you to Preview: Partner Activities - Post Sales - Value Realization - POE Template.pptx download page instead of download link for Dynamics 365 Success by Design Performance Plan template which is the template needed. Is there somewhere else to get the template because the wrong link was added on the site

From what it appears, the .pptx slide is the template as it has several pages that requires information to be input.
- thanks for the response, but as indicated the link I posted doesn't open up the correct template, I'm looking for the Dynamics 365 Success by Design Performance Plan template and the link takes me to this template instead Preview: Partner Activities - Post Sales - Value Realization - POE Template.pptx

hey there Deji...what I'm saying is that the link that you provided:
Once you've clicked on the link, you'll see the option to download:
the download is a .pptx deck (PowerPoint deck) and on slide 4 is where you enter your data onto the template:
save and it now becomes your customized template.
This is what I ascertain from the information, I'm sorry, but that's all that I have.
If you feel there should be a different template, please submit a support ticket in Partner Center.
