Microsoft 365 Now Can Buy Mix Plan Over 300 Lic ?

I've heard the news that I can't Mix Plan Business that exceeds 300 is it true or not? Currently, I have a customer who buys a Mix Plan Business that exceeds 300, can I still back it up or not...

Yes, customers may mix & match Microsoft 365 plans.
You're also correct in that certain products, such as Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Apps for business, Business Standard, and Business Premium plans have a collective limit of 300 users. FYI: Customers may add Enterprise plans to business plans listed above. Those Enterprise plans are unlimited.
