How do I create new Blogs?
I have been a contributing member for 5 years, but now I do not have the ability to create ne articles.

I was told that only Microsoft staff are able to create blogs. You must reach out to a Microsoft employee and ask them if you can create a blog post.
This is going from memory from what I was told a while ago.
