Integrating Outlook with VBA

Hi,

I've been trying to integrate Outlook with VBA on my personal account, something I've successfully done multiple times on my business account. Normally, I achieve this by enabling the Microsoft Outlook option under Tools > References in the VBA Editor, but this option is not appearing for me now. It almost seems as if Outlook cannot be integrated with my personal account, though support has assured me that it should be possible.

I've also attempted to troubleshoot by updating security settings in the Registry Editor, but the settings I see don't match any of the guides I've found online (screenshot below).

Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
