Outlook for this user has been updated to the latest Outlook. Further looking into this issue seems like the bug the Outlook recent update as I have mentioned - version 2411. It seems that this bug might be resolved with the new version that we will be getting in about a month. We do have a workaround current by utilizing CodeTwo Add in.

However, some non-compatible workstations might also encounter this problem. The recommended initial solution is to manually apply the latest updates or, if using SCCM, deploy a content update package to address the issue.
