Skype Message Issues
Is anyone else having issues the last few weeks with messages not showing, notifications showing the wrong message , etc?
So strange-- years of little to no issues, and now, a ton of issues.
To address the issues you're experiencing, please start by clearing the cache and checking for any potential problems related to device synchronization, network connectivity, or pending updates.
Additionally, ensure that your notification settings are properly configured:
On Windows:
Navigate to Settings > System > Notifications & actions.
Verify that Skype for Business notifications are enabled.
In Skype for Business:
Open the application and go to Tools > Options > Alerts.
Confirm that the notification settings are correctly configured.
