Terms of Service Change formatting issue

After logging in to the Tech Community site, I was redirected to the Terms of Service Change page. The main body of the page displayed one character per line. Although I was able to complete the process, it made it very difficult to read. I got the same issue in IE 11 and Chrome.

      Still seeing this. Is anything tested here before launched?

        Same problem for me also.  Fortunately I had the time to work my way through it and guess what I had to do to "accept" the new terms and conditions (without the opportunity to read them!).  I guess others will be giving up on Microsoft.
