Trying to Embed an Excel File as Iframe and enable access to all with a Microsoft Account Signup

Hi. I have created an excel sheet for training students which is embedded to an Iframe. But I am facing an issue when it comes to enabling Edit option in the file. It is fine when using in the iframe. But when I want to open the sheet in full view (in a new tab), the file becomes Read-Only. This course is meant for training commerce students on excel and not intended for any other uses.

Use this for reference. I will attach a screenshot of how the file looks like and the issue i am facing. Please help me out.

This is how the Iframe looks when I am opening it with no signin. But I need the Iframe to be visible without login. Same in case of the file that pops out.
