Co-Pilot in Edge 'Attempting to reconnect...'

I have two Office 365 work accounts.  I have each of them setup in separate Edge profiles, signed in to the browser to sync Edge settings.  If I open the Co-Pilot sidebar, it says 'Attempting to reconnect...'.

 

I also have a personal hotmail account, I also have a separate Edge profile for it, logged in to Edge with it to sync settings, and it has never had this issue.

 

I can resolve this temporarily by deleting the BFB cookie from Bing.com (see screenshot), refreshing the copilot sidebar session, and re-logging in, however the next day the issue is back.

 

My first work profile had been having the issue all along, the second work profile is new, and I only recently set it up, and within a day, it started having the issue.

 

If anyone has a more permanent solution, that would be appreciated.
