I thought it only happened in insider builds- No, it happened to my 2 stable (build 19042) PCs, the header disappeared after a week, now it is showing again on one PC.
The Meet Now flyout on the taskbar is also one of the controlled rollouts. I still don't have it on my 20H2 installations.
