Edge Insider doesn't show notifications
I have noticed that Edge Insider isn't sending push notifications. I tested both Microsoft Edge Canary and Dev versions on this site and they both don't show notifications. I also tested Chrome Canary on the site and the notification showed up fine. I am running Windows 10 build 19037.

That's right, i can't get notification too, I'm on the same Windows 10 insider fast ring and Edge insider canary.
the websites says notification showed but nothing is actually shown on Windows 10 action center nor anywhere else.

Drew- For me Google chrome also stays in the notification area when I set a website to send me notifications even when i close the tab, like from Instagram, Facebook etc.
Edge should be able to do this too, all in build 19037.1
