Margin choice in print dialog resets after two invocations total, no longer sticky

I´d like to knwo if there is a way to set the defaults margin values or do what the colleague said: keep the last selected choice always default, until change it. because it resets to default. the narrow and none is EQUAL. i´d like to set the NARROW value te 1mm (UPPER) x 1mm (BOTTOM) x 1mm (LEFT) x 1mm (RIGHT). Is there a way to set it on Windows api, maybe on REGEDIT? or something like that? or only Microsoft Team of programmers do this bug fix?
