Microsoft Edge Collections Consistency Issue

I have similar issues -- where I can not use the search option to search for a collection or a topic stored in a collection. It does work on a private Office-365 account but not on the Business office-365 account. On the later, the search option does not show-up on the collections GUI. It does show up on the office-365 private account.
