Problem when entering fullscreen mode on YouTube
From many days I am seeing that sometimes when I try to enter fullscreen mode on YouTube, a weird thing occurs, the browser does not go to fullscreen mode, stays in windowed mode and the video shows ...
Still getting this bug, doesn't happen only on Youtube but with any fullscreen video.
Problem is usually fixed by refreshing the page.
On Netflix video goes fullscreen but is choppy until a refresh and is then fixed.

- Can confirm that this still happens with my Surface Pro 3 with 86.0.587.0 build
Still there also on 86.0.599.0, doesn't happen in beta channel.
