Excel 365 on Mac - Issue with refreshing data types
I am getting error message "couldn't refresh data types, we need to fix your account, sign out and sign in again. I am getting this message after upgrading to MacOS Ventura 13.
signing out and signing in again didn't resolve, anyone facing similar issues. Do we have a resolution to this
Regards

- JohnnyOOOCopper ContributorI had the same problem starting in early November. Went away after all linked data types disappeared from my Mac. NO more linked data for mac users?
- luigi_scardignoCopper ContributorSame issue since I updated excel roughly 2 weeks ago.
Already contacted Microsoft chat 4 times and spent several hours on with them. Thinking that was my MAC issue I completely erase it and re install MAC OS from 0, still the same issue. During the third chat last week they told me that is a well know problem and soon they’ll fix it, soon when?!? Today I contacted them again and they said don't know when it'll be fixed. So frustrating I need excel properly working, that the reason why I pay my subscription!- luigi_scardignoCopper ContributorI've an update! I contact them 2 hours ago for the forth time to check if they solved the issue. The issue is not solved yet, but I found a smart guy who can worked around a temporary solution. He basically made me remove excel and he sent me the link to download and install the previous excel version. It worked, as of now! If you guy want you can try to contact them and ask to guide you through the process. Hope this post will help you out
- RameshYedhulaCopper ContributorThanks Luigi for the updates, who is this guy you are referring to, is he from Microsoft or outside
